The Strategic Business Planning Programme facilitates business owners and their senior team to develop robust, practical, strategic plans to maximise their Growth & Proftability potential.

Working with an experienced, professional business advisor/trainer, on a one-to-one basis, over a four or five month period, the structured programme builds management skills to optimise business performance and achieve the organisation’s goals.
